Hi, I have completed withdrawal from twenty days ago, but it is not credited my account . I have contacted support via chat they have been telling same answers as they are facing some technical issue from there system side and they are working on that but they can't provide particular time frame when it get resolved and when withdrawal will be happened successfully. I would like request you kindly check and do help on withdrawal request ASAP. Why I am telling here is I don't see any way to contact except chat. I’m already submitted bank statement details. How to start trading in 4 easy steps

With an OctaFX account, you can access the foreign exchange market and start trading. Once you register, you'll receive an email with your Personal Area login details, trading account credentials, and all the necessary instructions. You'll need to login to your Personal Area to manage your funds, get bonuses, and take part in our promotions. The trading account credentials are used to access the trading platform itself.

2. Make a deposit

Log in to your Personal Area to make a deposit without any commissions. At OctaFX, you can start trading with a minimum of $25. The minimum deposit can vary depending on your region and the payment method.

3. Sign in to the web-based platform

The web-based platform requires no installation and allows you to trade from any device anytime. Alternatively, you can download a desktop version, or the OctaFX Trading App for your Android device. You can compare the platforms and choose the best one.

4. Start trading

Open an order

To open an order, you can simply select the volume of your position and press Buy or Sell.

Basically, you open a Buy order if you expect the price to go up and open a Sell order if you expect the price to go down. It means that you buy a certain amount at a lower price now to sell it back at a higher price later and gain profit from the price difference.

Set leverage

Step 5. When done, notify us after the transfer.

You will be prompted to a form where you need to fill in the actual transfer amount, your bank account number, and the date of transfer.

To speed it up, you can upload the payment proof—a screenshot of your processed transaction or a photo of the transfer receipt.

Finally, press Confirm Request.

Monday through Friday, the payment will be settled in your account in 1–3 hours, but in rare cases, it might take up to one business day. Saturday and Sunday requests are queued on Monday morning.

Depositing with a credit or debit card and e-wallets

These deposits are always instant.

Step 1. Select Visa, mastercard, or your e-wallet—this list may vary depending on your country.

Step 2. Select a template or specify the deposit amount.

Step 3. If necessary, fill in other payment information or check the transfer details.

Step 4. You will be prompted to the payment service page. Follow its instructions to complete the payment.

Depositing via Bitcoin

Step 1. Select Bitcoin.
